CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

General guidelines for abstract submission

• Abstracts must be submitted in English
• Title: Uppercase/Lowercase (do not include the title in the abstract)
• Font: Calibri 12- point
• Single line spacing
• Max number of words: 500 for text (including bibliography and excluding the title). The system automatically checks the word count and flags an error if the maximum limit is exceeded. Images and tables are not permitted. Each author may have only one affiliation.
• All submissions must be made online (Email submissions will NOT be accepted)
• Abstracts can be submitted for poster or oral presentation
• Each participant can submit a maximum of 1 abstract as a Presenting Author
• Registration of the Presenting Author is mandatory

Select the topic from the drop-down menu in the abstract submission system:

• Reproductive Surgery and Endometriosis (Includes: male and female reproductive surgery, benign endometrial/tubal disorders, endometriosis, endometrial receptivity, implantation, and early pregnancy loss)
• Global Perspectives in Reproduction (Includes: cross-cultural ART access, global health policies, reproductive health in low-resource settings, international patient mobility, climate impact on fertility, and epidemiological surveillance)
• Fertility Preservation and Cryobiology (Includes: medical and elective male/female fertility preservation, tissue/gamete cryopreservation, cryobiology)
• Ovarian stimulation (Includes: reproductive endocrinology, PMOS, POI, ovarian reserve assessment, stimulation protocols, and menopause)
• IVF laboratory (clinical embryology, developmental biology, embryo culture and matching, selection strategies, and quality control)
• Andrology (Includes: male infertility pathophysiology, diagnostic testing, sperm retrieval techniques, andrological laboratory procedures, and lifestyle factors)
