Registration fees including a two-nights’ stay at the Ergife Hotel are applicable until the allocated room block is sold out.
Fees do not include city tax which has to be paid directly at the hotel.

Payment

If you are accessing our online registration platform for the first time, please carefully read the instructions provided on the portal before completing the mandatory fields.
Payment of the registration fees can only be made by credit card. Once the registration details have been completed, the online registration system will automatically redirect you to the payment platform to complete the transaction.
All fees are in Euro and are VAT included.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat (stella@meeting-planner.it)

  • By February 1, 2027: 100% refund (less € 50,00 administrative charge)
  • By March 26, 2027: 50% refund (less € 50,00 administrative charge)

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date.
