Please wear it at all times at the Congress venue.

Certificate of attendance
Registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

VISA application
Participants requiring a VISA to travel to Italy are kindly asked to apply for their in their country. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a VISA.
Please consider that obtaining a VISA may take between two to six weeks from the date of application.

Invitation letter
To receive your invitation letter please send your request – including your full name, birth date and birth place, address and the copy of your passport – to the Congress Secretariat at stella@meeting-planner.it
Invitation letters will be sent by email.
The invitation implies no obligation by the Organizers to cover registration fees, accommodation, travel expenses, or any other costs connected with attendance at the Congress.
No invitation letters will be sent until registration and payment have been received.

Liability
The Organizers cannot accept liability for injury or damage involving people and property during the Congress. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Weather in Rome in May
The weather in May is mild and pleasant, with average daytime temperatures ranging from 15°C to 24°C (59°F–75°F). Evenings are generally cooler, while rainfall is generally low, although occasional showers may occur. Lightweight clothing is recommended during the day, as well as a light jacket or sweater for the evening.
